Retail Manager

Main Responsibilities of the Retail Manager:
To organise, oversee, and sort staffing, prioritising packing lists and workload. Day-to-day management of the packing team including rota planning, holiday management, staff training and development, team building, and discipline. Communication with colleagues regarding any incidents relating to packing mistakes, or website listing discrepancies. Reporting daily to the Company Director. Overall responsibility for the security of the despatch bays, packing table and courier timings.

Other Responsibilities of the Retail Manager:
- Appointing staff, allocating tasks and making sure they perform well on time
- Responsible for stock in and out, supplier Purchase Orders and Warehouse stock attangment
- Making sure the customer's queries are resolved properly by the customer service team
- Responsible for Pricing, promotion and advertisement management
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation including health and safety standards

Data Analyst

Main Responsibilities of the Data Analyst:
As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing data and trends to increase online sales and improve customer experience. You will work closely with marketing and product teams to optimize online selling channel performance, identify areas of improvement, and develop strategies to increase revenue. You will also be responsible for monitoring traffic, analyzing user behaviour, and conducting market research to stay on top of industry trends. Successful candidates will possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving business growth through e-commerce channels.

Other responsibilities:

  • Conduct research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities in the E-commerce industry.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve e-commerce performance, including conversion rates, sales, and customer engagement.
  • Monitor and report on E-commerce metrics, such as traffic, revenue, and customer behaviour.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the e-commerce platform is optimized for user experience and functionality.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues that impact e-commerce performance
  • Making sure e-commerce selling channel performance, data and image presentation, and listing optimization.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continually improve e-commerce performance.

    Cleaner

    General cleaning to include (but not restricted to):
    - Mopping and polishing
    - Hoovering
    - Cleaning Kitchen
    - Washroom Facilities: sinks, walls, toilets, floors cleaned and stocked up with toilet rolls and soap
    - General areas - sanitising tables, chairs, doors
    - General housekeeping / cleaning

    Your Package:
    - Part Time (4 hours x 3 times a week)
    - 10-2pm Monday Wednesday and Fridays
    - Pay £11.75 per hour
